Request for Expression of Interest :Consulting services for the city government of calaca idp management system for internally displaced persons idps using reusable rfid waterproof wristbands
Scope of work: the project encompasses the development, deployment, and operationalization of the following components: a. reusable rfid waterproof wristbands silicone, hypoallergenic, and waterproof. embedded passive rfid chip iso14443a/iso15693. stores encoded idp profile id, family group id, medical information, and assigned shelter. b. rfid readers and encoders portable, battery-powered, waterproof, and nfc/usb-enabled. used for both registration and verification in aid distribution. c. centralized idp management system web-based and mobile-responsive dashboard for analytics and monitoring. integration with drrmo database and existing disaster records. role-based access with encryption, audit logs, and secured storage.
