Tenders Are Invited for Construction of Irrigation System Bulk Water Supply Distribution Pipe Network and Pumping Stations in the Chikupi Chanyanya Areas of Kafue District
The Government of the Republic of Zambia has received financing from the African Development Fund (ADF) hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the Chiansi Smallholder Outgrower Support Project (COSP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Construction of Irrigation System (Bulk Water Supply Distribution Pipe Network and Pumping Stations) in Chikupi and Chanyanya Areas of Kafue District. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines and procedures for Investment Project Financing. 2. The Ministry of Agriculture now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Construction of Irrigation System (Bulk Water Supply Network and Pump Stations) in the Chikupi and Chanyanya Areas of Kafue District in Lusaka Province, Zambia. The Construction Period is 12 Months. Margin of Preference is not applicable. 3. Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding (International), OCBI procedures as specified in the Bank’s Procurement Framework, Procurement
