The PSP (Private Sector Partnerships) would like to purchase VoIP integrated air call system, interrogatable with Salesforce to make unlimited out-bound and in-bound international calls, using manual or auto-dialer mode with the best quality of calls and competitive rate per min.
VoIP software is an application that makes online calls possible. With VoIP software, PSP team will be able to make and receive calls online whether the call recipient uses a landline, mobile device, or VoIP phone.
Project duration: The service provision is expected to start by the 1st of November 2025 for the maximum duration of 3 years (2026 – 2027 – 2028):
Year 1 is between 1st of November 2025 – 31st of October 2026
Year 2 is between 1st of November 2026 – 31st of October 2027
Year 3 is between 1st of November 2027 – 31st of October 2028
