Procurement plan for Delivery of computer and peripheral equipment for the maritime university of technology in szczecin as part of the investment task entitled "modernization of scientific and didactic laboratories of the maritime university of technology in szczecin"
1. Subject of the contract 1) The subject of the contract is the sale along with the delivery of computer and peripheral equipment for the Maritime University of Technology in Szczecin as part of the investment task entitled "Modernization of scientific and didactic laboratories of the Maritime University of Technology in Szczecin". 2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1A to SWZ and A-E attachments. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above The minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to art. 226 para. 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law. 3) Nomenclature according to CPV: Task No. 1 30213000-5-Personal computers 30231300-0-screen monitors 30232000-4-peripheral equipment Task No. 2 30213000-5-Personal computers 30231300-0-screen monitors 30232000-4-peripheral equipment task No. 3 30213000-5-Personal computers 30231300-0 - Screen monitors 30232000-4 - peripheral equipment 4) provided by the Employer of any names (trademarks), are sample, and their indication is aimed at determining the expected standard, while the contracting authority allows the submission of equivalent offers in the scope of the description of the subject of the contract. 5) The subject of the contract was determined by indicating objective technical and qualitative features and standards for which it is allowed to indicate examples of trademarks. 6) In the event that the Employer refers in the description of the subject of the contract to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the PZP Act, equivalent to described solutions are allowed. 7) The contracting authority requires that the subject of the contract be brand new, free from technical and legal defects, good quality, approved for the market, packed in an original packaging for a given product, equipped with labels identifying a given product, specifying its technical, qualitative, functional and utility parameters. The contract as well as the packaging must contain a trademark and determination of origin (manufacturer). 8) The Employer allows the possibility of submitting partial offers, i.e. each of 3 tasks separately: Task No. 1 - computer sets Task No. 2 - desktop computer (work station), monitor Task No. 3 - desktop computer (work station), monitor. 2. Solutions of an equivalent contractor, who cites equivalent solutions, is obliged to show that the solution he offers meets the requirements set by the contracting authority. In this case, the Contractor attach to the offer a list of equivalent solutions along with its description or standards.
