Procurement plan for Delivery of portable computers, office software and multifunction devices
1. The subject of this procedure is the conclusion of framework contracts for the supply of portable computers, office software and multifunctional devices, later called SWZ "computer hardware" or "assortment", in the following quantities: 1) a laptop portable computer with the Microsoft Windows 11 BIT PLA operating system in the latest available version or equivalent - 3250 pieces; 2) MS Office 2024 STANDARD Software or equivalent software - 4,100 pieces; 3) Multifunctional device type A - 600 pieces. - The Employer reserves that the implementation of the subject of framework contracts will take place in accordance with the actual demand of the Employer. If the contractor will not be entitled not to realize all or part of the subject of a given framework.
