COMPREHENSIVE REP/REPLACEMENT TO WOODEN/STEEL/ALUMINIUM JOINERY WK AT MIL STN MOUNT ABU UNDER AGE(I) UDAIPUR, Comprehensive rep/replacement to wooden/steel/aluminium joinery wk at Mil Stn Mount Abu under AGE(I) Udaipur, Supply and fixing factory made PVC hollow door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm with wall thickness of 5 mm made out of extended 5 mm rigid PVC foam sheet cut at corner and jointed with 02 Nos., 150 mm long brackets of size 15 mm x 15 mm mild steel square tubes 19 gauge including vertical door profiles reinforced with 19 mm x 19 mm steel square tube of 19 gauge (EPDM) rubber gasket weather seal provided through out the frame and fixing to wall with 65/100 mm long mild steel screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners (minimum of 04 Nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical number and minimum 02 Nos. for horizontal member), complete all as specified, S&F 5.50 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality plain or tinted and glazing with rubber gasket in square exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed, S & F in repair Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples (to be fixed upto four storey of bldgs) complete, Material & labour for fabrication of pressed steel cupboard shutter using 1mm thick MS plain sheet with frame 1.25mm thick bent to shape including two coat of synthetic enamel paint on internal surfaces & two coat of hammer tone finish on external surface alongwith locking arrangement mortice lock ,handle etc complete all as specified as per drg No CEBZ/TD/12/2008 sheet 1/3 to 3/3, Supply and fixing Factory made 100% Solid WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) -Door Frame 90mm x 65 mm (Moulded) Single Rebated made from Wood Polymer Composite (Single Extruded Process) material comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K Value 57-60 (Suspension Grade), Calcium Carbonate and Natural Fibers (Wood Powder/Ruce Husk/Wheat Husk) and Non toxic additives fabricated with meter Joints after applying PVC solvent cement & screwed with full body treaded star headed screws having minimum frame density of 780 kg/ cbm & having good screw holding capacity (Screw Withdrawal strength of (Min, 990 N) Minimum Compressive Strength of 58 N/mim2, Modulus of elasticity 900N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite / borer proof, water / Moisture Proof & Fire retardant & Fixed in position with and including SS Dash Fasteners / Hold Fast of required dia and length, al as per specifications drawings as directed by the Engineeer-in-Charge (Material test certificate and authentication should be compulsory provided by the manufacturing company), Taking down wooden chowkats or frames area exceeding 1.50 Square metre and not exceeding 4.00 Square metre (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good in cement mortar (13) or PCC 124 type B1 and reparing to broken jambs/reveals with plaster incl. white washing or distempering with putty as per exiting surface complete all as specified and as directed. ( Make Rajshri/ Sintex.), S & F Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples (to be fixed upto four storey of bldgs) complete, Taking down Shutter area not exc1 sqm each, Supply & fixing of stainless steel decorative fincals (round type with mirror optic finish) trade pattern wall to wall for decorative type curtain rods 22 to 25mm dia as per sample as in repaie complete all as specified, Taking down Shutter exc. 1 sqm and not exc . 2 sqm each, M&L for providing PCC 136, type C-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of pressed steel door frame and holdfasts including necessary formwork etc, S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in a square n exc 0.5 Sq m in each pane, Supply & fixing of stainless steel decorative fincals (round type with mirror optic finish) trade pattern for decorative type curtain rods suitable for 22 to 25mm dia curtain rods as per sample as in repaie complete all as specified, M&L for making steel window/ ventilators serviceable by welding, oiling, etc complete all as specified & directed, S&F alluminum alloy, anodised, cast type or extruded section, sliding door bolt with hasp & staple (bolt type) with fixing clips and bolts and 300 mm long complete all as specified, S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm (Style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top and bottom rails M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheets to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame, Supply & fixing in repairs stainless steel type curtain rod 22 to 25mm dia as per sample including taking down existing curtain rod, M&L two coat of synthetic enamel paint over new wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or grith over primed wooden surfaces including preparation of surfaces compelte, Demolition of RCC chajjas(reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete as directed, Supply & fixing of purpose made brackets trade pattern for stainless steel decorative type curtain rods suitable for holding 22 to 25mm dia as per sample as in repair, M&L for pressed steel door frame size 105 mm x 60 mm made of 1.25 mm thick sheet including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc., complete, all as specified, S&F continuous (Piano) hinges,mild steel, bright finish or electro galvanised, width of flaps (when open) 30 mm complete all as specified and directed, S & F in repair Door spring ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete of mild steel 150mm long fixed with screws to wooden chowkhats or fixed with welding to steel chowkhats complete, S & F Aluminium anodised or powder coated door, window, ventilator frame with one or more rebates and shutter sl
