REPAIR /MAINTENACE,/SERVICING OF STANDBY DIESEL ENGINE DRIVEN GENERATING SETS AND ITS CONNECTED MISC ITEMS AT CERTAIN LOCATION AND REPAIR/MAINT OF MECHNICAL TRANSPORT OF AGE E/M-II UNDER GE (ARMY) NO 2 JODHPUR, REPAIR /MAINTENACE,/SERVICING OF STANDBY DIESEL ENGINE DRIVEN GENERATING SETS AND ITS CONNECTED MISC ITEMS AT CERTAIN LOCATION AND REPAIR/MAINT OF MECHNICAL TRANSPORT OF AGE E/M-II UNDER GE (ARMY) NO 2 JODHPUR, Gasket rear axle sft. & split pin, S&F in repair water body for gen set of capacity 30 to 250 KVA all as per existing make as per OEM specification ,dismantling of unsv water body & fixing new water body along with filling coolant as per required as as per direction of engineer in charge. Note coolant shall be measured & paid saperately, Repair of seat complete including replacement of best quality Rexign seat cover,foot mating , U foam & spring complete all as directed.for Eicher 10.75 and TATA DI 207 Vehicle, Supply & fix in repairsVMR protection device 3 phase, 415V suitable for DG set AMF panel board, Labour for removing and cleaning and fixing of Diesel tank assembly of Eicher 10.75, M&L for draining out coolent water from radiator, dismantling radiator, repair of radiator for leakage if any, cleaning the radiator set with dilute HCL, kerosin, fresh water and refixing the same with new rubber hose with clamps filling with coolent with distilled water and checking for its proper function on DG set all as directed and specified. Note Coolent and distilled water shall be measured and paid separately under relavant items, RHS door glass, Supply only rubber hose pipe set (Hose oil/Hose radiator/CR Hose/Makeup Hose) suitable for DG sets of capacity 250 to 650 KVA and above all as per existing sample with GI clamps and Nut bolt, washers for DG set as directed by Engr-in-Charge, Replacement of new copper lugs including cutting of existing and new ( any types ) lugs striping for control wiring size up to 2.5 sq mm, Supply and filling of superior grade engine oil 20W40 for DG et topping .MakeHPCL/BPCL/IOCL, wheel studs, Brush plate, M & L for Fuel flow filter with ring including screen filter of D G Sets of capacity 250 to 320 KVA, Spokes new , Cost of labour for Steering and front axle king pin assy overhaul.EICHER 10.75 & 20.75 and re-installing after repair/replacement of unserviceable parts complete to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, LHS door glass, S&F in replacement of moving contact & fixing contact set of contactor capacity 50 to 100 Amp, S&F in replacement flexible fuel pipe complete set with banjo bolt and washer etc length of fuel pipe shall be as per requirement at site and as per existing sample, Stearing cover, Power Cylinder (Car), Supply and fix HRC Fuse link and with basse plate 315 Amp as per existing make and model of panel board including taking out unserviceable HRC Fuse in panel with Fuse puller as as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, Oil filter element, S&F in replacement of moving contact & fixing contact set of contactor capacity 20 to 50 Amp, Speedo meter cable, Shoe liner, Door lock set, Dismantling old unserviceable Self starter of Disel engine and supply and fixing new self starter of working voltage 12 volt/24 Volt DC and same as per existing model suitable for fixing on engine set including testing after complete installation all as directed and specified, Supply and fixing of PVC acrylic sheet duly stickered vehicle BA Number. Note- Size and design will be as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, RHS outer door handle with key, All as per Ser Item No 4 above but for Oil filter, Cost of labour for brakes front and rear OH, rear both side brake drum cuting or leveling in leth machine, wheel greasing and suspension overhaul work with replacement of the following parts.Tata Mobile 207 ,MAHINDRA BOLERO, TATA YODHA reinstalling after repair/replacement of unserviceable parts complete to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, Coolant hose pipe, Cost of labour for front and rear suspension OH and steering bush replacement, M&L for replace of MCCB four pole, 415 volt up to 160 Amps capacity 36KA rating with thermal relay and as per model & make provided in existing panel board including taking out old unserviceable MCCB Make - L&T, ABB,C&S,Havells,Legrand, Supply and topup / replace distilled water for battery or radiator of engine used with coolent "K' Cool Super plus 50-50 Premix all as specified and directed, Cost of labour for removing , overhauling & refitting of Gear box assy. Tata Mobile 207 ,Tata Mobile 207, MAHINDRA BOLERO, TATA YODHA reinstalling after repair/replacement of unserviceable parts complete to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, M&L for replace of ON LOAD change over switch, 4 pole, 415 Volts,& repair assembly according to existing panel 250/315 Amps capacity and as per model & make provided in existing panel board including taking out old unserviceable changeover, wiper blade & arms, Joint cross, Wireloom set, Chain Sprocket, Engine and Transmission mountings, Battery main wire and terminal, Front LHS door mechanism assy. with locks, All as per Ser Item No 6 above but for Oil filter, Fly wheel ring, All as per ser Item No 1 above but for DG Set of 200 to 250 KVA capacities, fuse box assy, Steering ball joint set complete, Denting and painting of vehicle, including welding wherever required.for Eicher 10.75 and TATA DI 207 Vehicle, Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 5 to 32 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning, Supply and fix HRC Fuse link and with basse plate 800 Amp as per existing make and model of panel board including taking out unserviceable HRC Fuse in panel with Fuse puller as as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, All as per Ser Item No 5 above but for Oil filter, Diesel tank lock, Replacement of terminal block of suitable size with four terminal including nuts ,bolts ,washers with all acessries matarial, Labour for servicing the veh with replacement of following new parts for making vehicle with smooth functioning -, Carpet mat, Supply and fixing with replacement of existing size of Ameter range (0-200) amp with suitable capacity of CT, Removing existing unserviceable battery and supplied and fixed lead acid battery maintenance free 12 volts 100 Ah Make amoron /exide standard fully charge, All as per ser Item No 1 above but for DG Set of 200 to 320 KVA capacities Note Servicing of the DG set should be followed as per the instructions given under (i) Checking and rectifyng of Battery charging system , level up Electrolite and specific gravity. (ii) Checking and rectifyng of Leakage in fuel lines & connections of fuel pump. (iii) Leakage of Lub. Oil and cooling system, hose pipe & connection, belts tension, fan hub drive pully and water pump and cleaning of water separation and cooling system. (iv) condensate trap. Repair of leakage/ maintenance of water cooling system. Cleaning of radiator by draining out of Coolent, checking of all hose pipes, nut & bolts and tightening properly including checking of leakages all as directed by Engr – in – Charge.v) Reset the complete switches in automatic lighting connection. (vi) Cleaning of complete D G Set, check and tightening of all nut &bolts including replacement of U/S parts , oiling/ greasing of all movable parts and unusual vibration. (vii) Leakage in exhaust system and exhaust restriction, drain out condensate trap. Repair of leakage/ maintenance of water cooling system. checking of all hose pipes, nut & bolts and tightening properly including checking of leakages all as directed by Engr – in – Charge. (viii) Check all electrical connection of alternator and control wiring (ix) Check all earthing connection of DG Set, repair the same if required (x) Drain out old used engine oil from the DG Set cleaning the sump Properly including opening of “B” check kit.Filling of Engine Oil 20W40 or as recommended by the manufactu
