The Mix design as per particular specifications shall be got approved by Engineer -in charge before execution of the item. The rate shall include cost of all specified materials and operations at all levels and heights, including the cost of centering ,shuttering and form work excluding reinforcement which shall be paid under relevant item (Note- Cement content considered in this item @ 400 kg/cum as per IS 456 table showing minimum cement content. No extra will be paid nor any amount will recovered on account of variation of cement in mix design as per specifications for controlled complete all as specified and directed, Material and labour for preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over with alkali resistant priming on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering over 3mm wall care putty as complete all as specified and directed, Taking down cement plastering at any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris and depositing where directed, Material and labour for 25 mm thick Cement concrete type B1, 124 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in roof/floor for maintaining proper slope to avoid water logging all as specified and directed, Material and labour for preparation by complete removal of existing treatment of painted walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 154892004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm complete all as specified and directed, Drilling holes of required size up to 16mm Diameter and up to 50mm depth in concrete and cleaning the same as directed, Taking down Chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sq. M each (Without taking off shutters from the frames) and refixing in same opening complete all as specified and directed, Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on concrete solid block walls in two coats first coat of 10 mm in CM 14 including dubbing & 2nd coat of 5mm in CM 14 mixed with integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note - Integral water proofing liquid will be measured and paid separately, Taking down Chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sq.
