note Precast Rcc Concrete Element Shall Not Be Less Than M-30 Grade. the Design of Pre Cast Concrete Element (s) M-40 Grade Alongwith Architecture Design, Design Engineering, Structural Design Shall Be Provided By Bidder/contractor After Being Duly Ratified and Vetted By Indian Institute of Technology/ National Institute of Technology at No Additional Cost and Same Shall Be Approved By Accepting Officer. This Does Not Absolve the Contractor of His Responsibility of Rectification of Defects, Which May Arise at Later Stage. the Architecture Design, Design Engineering, Structural Design Duly Vetted By Iit/nit Shall Be Provided By the Contractor at No Additional Cost and Cost of the Same to Be Included in Quoted Amount.
