SUPPLYING AND RE-FIXING CUT MEMBERS AT ARULMIGU MEENAKSHI SUNDARESWARAR THIRUKOIL, RAJADHANI VILLAGE, AUNDIPATTI TALUK, THENI DISTRICT ,2.0 ,Labour charges for re fixing the dismantled cut stone in position with Lime mortar 115 using lime which should be sourced from Pollachi, which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry work, and neatly finishing the same including single line dressing wherever necessary, cost and conveyance of smithy materials and tools, charcoal, mending charges etc,. but excluding cost of Granite stone, cement sand etc., complete as directed by the Departmental officers. complete for Upadeedam, Adhistanam, Pathavargam and upto Prastaram etc ,Adhistanam ,Jagathi Vari-1 and 2 ,Kumuthaga Vari ,Pattial Vari ,Pattial Vari to Kal Vari Outer ,Ulvari Inner ,Uthiram ,Kapothagam ,Pothiyal ,Thoon-Pillar ,Pavukkal ,Door Nilaikaal(Nagabandham Poo) ,Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with clean M-sand in layers not exceeding 150mm well watered rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specification. ,Supply of Cut stones for Construction of Kalkaram , Varivargams Ornamental, Sculptural and Pillars works including cost and conveyance of stone, loadind and unloading charges and all other incidential charges etc complete at site . ,Labour charges for fine dressing and fixing of newly procured Cut stones into the required shape and size as shown in the drawing and as directed including cost and conveyance of all labour and materials etc complete for Pillars ,Ulvari Inner 0.25tk ,Values ,Core wall Filling Course Concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in using Local Lime,the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 to 12.5 ( No sand is to be added ) by volume and laid over the R.C.C.roof slab in a single layer and consolidated to the finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water etc., complete. complying with standard specification. (The lime used should be sourced from using Local Lime which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structual and masonry works etc.,) ,Brick work in following Cement Mortar 16 using best quality of country bricks of size 8-3/4" x 4-1/4" x 2-3/4" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction. ,Weathering Course Concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in using Local Lime,the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 to 12.5 ( No sand is to be added ) by volume and laid over the R.C.C.roof slab in a single layer and consolidated to the finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water etc., complete. complying with standard specification.
