Procurement plan for Delivery of computer equipment to vocational school laboratories
1.The subject of the order is the delivery (purchase + transport + delivery) of computer equipment/devices, for educational purposes, to vocational school laboratories located in Bytom, in the quantity and with parameters, including quality requirements relating to the main elements constituting the subject of the order, are included in the Description of the subject of the order – appendices 4a-4e to the Specification. The subject of the order has been divided into five parts of the proceedings, as follows: 1) part 1 entitled PSB covers the delivery of: laptops, projectors, electric screens, graphics tablets, VR goggles and a router to the State Construction Schools – School Complex in Bytom, ul. Powstanców Slaskich 10; 2) part 2 entitled ZSAEiO includes the delivery of: laptops, projectors, graphics tablets, multifunction devices, computer sets, projection screens, 3D printers to the Complex of Administrative, Economic and General Education Schools in Bytom, ul. Webera 6; 3) lot 3 entitled BOE covers the delivery of interactive monitors and computer sets to the Bytom Educational Centre in Bytom, ul. Zeromskiego 42; 4) lot 4 entitled ZST covers the delivery of computer sets and laptops to the Complex of Technical Schools in Bytom, ul. Modrzewskiego 5; 5) lot 5 entitled ZSME covers the delivery of projectors and interactive monitors to the Complex of Mechanical and Electronic Schools in Bytom, pl. Sobieskiego 1. 2. The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with a minimum 24-month warranty for the delivered subject matter of the contract under the terms specified in the Draft Contract Provisions. 3. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of partial bids. The Contractor may submit a bid for (their choice of): one, two, three, four, or five lots of the procedure.
