General Procurement notice for Regional Program for Supporting Infrastructure Development and Promotion of Cross -border Water Resources Between Rca and Drc (predire) - Rca Component.
the Government of the Central African Republic Has Received a Donation From the African Development Fund for the Funding of Regional Support Program for the Development of Infrastructure and the Promotion of Cross -border Water Resources Between the Central African Republic (rca) and the Democratic Republic of Congo (drc) (predire) - Rca Component.
The development objective of the Program is to sustainably improve the socio-economic living conditions and the resilience of the populations and the ecosystem in the transboundary Ubangi Basin.
The Program is composed as follows:
Component A: Development of Knowledge, Governance, and Infrastructure Assets for Water Resources in the Transboundary Ubangi Basin. • Sub-component A.1: Support for knowledge and sustainable management of transboundary water resources
at the regional level
• Sub-component A.2: Strengthening infrastructure and non-infrastructure assets for regional integration
Component B: Development of resilient and inclusive water and socio-economic infrastructure in support of regional integration. • Sub-component B.1: Climate-Resilient Water Infrastructure
• Sub-component B.2: Support for Sector Reform, Capacity Building, and Economic and Social Resilience
• Sub-component B.3: Investment Preparation
Component C: Program Management and Coordination, consisting of: (i) technical coordination, (ii) administrative, accounting, and financial management, (iii) management of gender and community development issues, (iv) procurement of goods, works, and services, (v) program monitoring and evaluation, (vi) external auditing, and (viii) overall communication about the program.
