Procurement plan for Purchase and delivery of medical equipment and devices: anesthesia machines - 2 pcs., diathermy - 3 pcs., infusion pumps - 21 pcs. for the katowice oncology center
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of medical equipment and apparatus: 2 anesthesia machines, 3 diathermy machines, 21 infusion pumps for the Katowice Oncology Center, in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications – Price Offer. 2. The technical and functional parameters of the equipment are specified in Appendix No. 4 to the Technical Specifications. The order also includes: 1) transport of the equipment (hereinafter referred to as equipment/apparatus in the Technical Specifications) to the destination, 2) installation, commissioning, 3) staff training and handover of the medical equipment for use, along with all necessary approvals and certificates, 4) 24-month warranty from the date of signing the "Final Acceptance Protocol for the Subject of the Order" by authorized representatives of the Ordering Party and the Contractor. 5) 36-month post-warranty service from the day following the end of the warranty period. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the proceedings under Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law.
