Tenders Are Invited for The Vallei en Veluwe Water Board wishes to conclude a framework agreement with sufficient contractors per plot to perform contract work.
Interested parties may submit a tender for multiple plots and may be awarded multiple plots. All businesses that meet the requirements are invited to submit a tender. This can be done independently, as a partnership, and/or by engaging third parties and/or subcontractors. The contract (i.e., all subsequent contracts from all contractors per plot covered by the framework agreement) is estimated at €6,910,000 per year. With a maximum term of the agreement, including extensions (6 years), the estimated value is €41,460,000 (€41.46 million). To accommodate any peak demand, the estimated value of the framework agreement will be multiplied by 150% to a total estimated value of €62,190,000 (€62.19 million). The amount stated above is for illustrative purposes only. Contractors cannot derive any rights from this in any way. The contracting authority has no purchase obligation and provides no turnover guarantee. All amounts stated are exclusive of VAT.
