Procurement plan for Supply of medical equipment, including: an electric suction pump, a fluid warming device, a medical table, a diathermy device, and an electrosurgery set. agreement no. kpod.07.02-ip.10-0185/24/kpo/1787/2025/151 for support from the development plan for the project entitled "improving the availability and quality of oncological care at the pleszew medical center"
The contractor, at its own discretion, may submit an offer for one or all parts of the subject of the order, a detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the annexes to the SWZ (Descriptions of the subject of the order, contractual drafts), deliveries must be made by appropriate means of transport and secured for the duration of transport, the marking of the delivered products, instructions for use, product description, labels (original) must be prepared in Polish, the offered subject of the order should be a brand new product, approved for trading in the EU, complete and free from technical and legal defects, and should also have the manufacturer's name, the necessary markings required by regulations (CE), in addition, both the subject of the order and its original packaging must contain any other markings resulting from the currently applicable regulations, if any are required.
