nabers is Seeking Qualified Professionals to Join Its Independent Design Review Panel to Verify Energy-efficient Building Designs Under the Commitment Agreement Process.
expressions of Interest Are Invited From Qualified Professionals Seeking Appointment to the Nabers Independent Design Review (idr) Panel. the Panel Supports the Nabers Commitment Agreement Process, Which Enables New Or Refurbished Buildings to Commit to Achieving a Specific Nabers Energy Rating in Operation.
the Scope of Work for Appointed Panel Members Will Include:
• Conducting Independent Assessments of Building Designs and Energy Simulations.
• Verifying the Building’s Capacity to Achieve the Targeted Nabers Energy Rating.
• Identifying and Clearly Reporting on Performance Risks Associated with the Proposed Design.
• Advising Design Teams on Potential Improvements to Manage Identified Risks.
• Demonstrating to Nabers Or Third Parties That a Building is Suitable for a Nabers Energy Commitment Agreement.
• Preparing Formal Reports in Line with the Handbook for Estimating Nabers Ratings and Panel Deed Requirements.
