Invitation to Bid ITB :Supply and delivery of liquid chlorine/sodium hypochlorite and polyaluminum chloride pac
Lot 1: abc = p3,096,000.00 4800 carboys - lquid chlorine/sodium hypochlorite - nacio 7.1% concentration - with certificate of dealership/ distributorship from the manufacturer itself. - with certification of chemical analysis from the manufacturer. - should have a manufacturers company profile. - staggered delivery with a fixed schedule of every other monday of the month with 15 drums per delivery. - items should be delivered in every kcwd pumping station that uses liquid chlorine. - should use a chemical transfer pump when unloading the chemical on site - kcwd will randomly collect chlorine sample for titration test and have it tested by a certified laboratory at the expense of the supplier. - note: 4800 carboys or 480 drums - unloading shall be the responsibility of the supplier lot 2: abc = p1,960,000.00 1800 bags - pac polyaluminum chloride - for drinking water and food grade - colour: slight/light yellow colour softer powder - the solution: light yellow liquid - with minimum of 30% alumina content - packaging must be 25 kgs./ bag - primary : plastic - secondary: white, non-woven sacks documentary requirements: - nsf certificate of product - manufacture must be iso 9001: 2015 certified - certificate of distributorship from manufacturer - coa certificate of analysis and sds safety data sheet from the manufacturer - certificate of analysis from pipac and doh accredited laboratory within 3 mos. for alumina percentage % prior to bid opening. bidder sample: - qualified bidder should provide at least 1/2kg. of sample for twg to be subjected for quality evaluation. additional requirement: i. fob kabankalan city ii. staggered delivery based on kcwd schedule with 2 weeks prior notice. iii. unloading shall be the responsibility of the supplier.
