Procurement plan for Delivery of accessories for electrosurgical diathermy
The subject of the order is the supply of electrosurgical diathermy accessories; (33161000-6-electrosurgical devices); whose detailed description, assortment and estimated quantities contain an assortment and price form - Annex 2 to the invitation. The method of implementation of the subject of the contract is set out in the draft contract - Annex 3 to the invitation. The offered objects of orders must be complete, with a high standard, both in terms of quality and functionality, as well as free from material, construction and legal defects. The offered items of the order must be allowed for market and use in accordance with applicable law. The subject of the contract must comply with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (i.e., Journal of Laws 2012.974 of 2022.05.09), if the contracting authority requires the offer to offer an assortment constituting a medical product. In all SWZ entries and its attachments, in which the Employer refers to standards, approval, technical specifications or reference systems, or trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices) are indicated, in accordance with art. 99 para. 5 and art. 101 para. 4 of the PZP Act, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions. The contracting authority does not reserve the possibility of applying for the order only by the contractors referred to in art. 94 of the PZP Act. The contracting authority does not set the requirements referred to in art. 96 of the PZP Act.
