Ministry of municipalities and agriculture is looking forward to inviting individuals and companies to invest, develop & operate plot no. 12013079, located in madinat khalifa, block 957, in southern governorate, for a total period of 30 years, including a grace period of 36 months. the project should meet the regulations of building permit assigned for the plot, and designed to contain commercial and services elements, achieving integrated destination. at which the investor at his own expanse will develop, invest, maintain, and operate the complete components of the project throughout the contract period. the ministry in return will receive an interest for the rental of the whole plot during the contract period
