(*) It is Established That the Amounts of Products And/or Services Are of Variable Flow, Which Means That the Hospital Does Not Commit to Acquiring Specific Amounts Periodically, It Will Be According to the Hospital Requirements, so in No Case Will Be Set Minimum Purchase Stock, Nor Total, so That the Winners Will Be Unable to Indicate Minimum Quantities for Their Office. Likewise, It is Present That This Bidding Process Will Be Done By Awarded Item, so That Each Supplier Can Offer for the Items Including All Corresponding Sub-ítems, so An Incomplete Item Offer Must Be Considered Technically Inadmissible. It Can Only Be Made Exception in the Event That None of the Offers Present Complete Item, Allowing the Bidder to Be Evaluated with the Greatest Amount of Items Addressed, and That, at the Same Time, They Are Technically Admissible.
