Tenders are invited for management system for childcare
the city of reykjavik is seeking a modern, scalable and user-friendly management system to support the daily operations of preschools, daycare providers, summer activities programs and after-school programs. the system will streamline key administrative and communication processes, including application handling, waitlist management, billing, attendance tracking, staff-to-child ratio monitoring, group organization, and parent engagement. it should ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (such as gdpr), and support accessibility for all user groups. a key requirement is that the system be fully integrable into the city’s digital infrastructure, including single sign-on (sso) and via “mínar síður” (my pages), and customizable to reflect reykjavík’s branding. the solution should be available both as a web-based interface and mobile application, enabling real-time interaction between staff, parents, and administrators. please documentation for further details.
