the Government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo Has Received a Donation From the Fad African Development Fund), in Order to Cover the Cost of the Financial Sector Development Project and Financial Inclusion in the Drc (padsfi), and Intends to Use Part of the Sums Granted for This Donation to Finance the Contract for Supporting Support Services to the Establishment of the National Development Bank in the Drc.
