Tenders are invited for State CFT Real Estate Leasing Acquisition
That, through the 2nd ordinary session of the board of directors dated July 7, 2023, in item number 4 of the agenda, it was unanimously approved by the directors present to initiate legal, financial, etc. studies to evaluate the possibility of contracting real estate leasing, rent with option to purchase, or other type of mortgage credit operation, for the property located at Juanita Fernández No. 3199, in the commune of Iquique, where the CFT currently operates, specifying that the contracting of this type of operations must be subject to the public procurement regulations and corresponding legality controls - Voting in favor: 1 Jorge Villegas, Rector of the CFT Tarapacá; 2 Mauricio Schmidt, Regional Director of CORFO; 3 Esmeralda Contreras, representative of CUT; 4 Bastián Torres Salgado, Representative of Mineduc.; 5 Militsen Varas Ramos, representative of the Iquique Industrialists Association AG. 6 Alberto Martínez, rector of Unap. Prior authorization from the Ministry of Finance is not applicable in the case of the CFT.
