Tenders Are Invited for Consulting Firm for the Reorganization of Processes, Organizational and Human Resources Structures of the Ministry of Mines and Energy Resources
the Services Provided for This Contract Include: (i) the Hr Diagnosis, the Processes and Organizational of the Ministry, (ii) the Mapping of Critical and Gaps to Be Filled, (iii) the Proposal for An Organizational Chart (if Necessary) Clarifying Roles, Decision -making Responsibilities and Chains, (iv) the Development of the Workforce Rationalization Plan, (v) the Identification of Key Performance (kpi).(vi) the Development of the Dashboard Project (real -time Reporting, Alerts in the Event of a Drift), (vii) the Development of the Priority Action Plan for Modernizing Tools and Processes (e.g. Collaborative Platforms, Electronic Documents Management), (viii) the Development of the Priority Action Plan for Reducing Manual Tasks and Risks of Error, (ix) the Realization of Training Workshops Andfacilitate the Adoption of New Practices and (x) the Implementation of the Monitoring and Evaluation Mechanism to Measure the Impact of the Proposed Reforms.
