Tenders are invited for Tree safety control and maintenance inventory
The framework agreement concerns the performance of the tree safety control and maintenance inventory (BVO) of trees within the municipality of Vlaardingen. With the inspection data, the municipality draws up a cap and pruning program. Defects in this data can have major consequences during implementation. The municipality of Vlaardingen therefore attaches great importance to the accuracy and reliability of the inspection data. This reliability consists of signaling as complete as possible and registering the comparable situations as clearly and correctly as possible, such as safety problems and maintenance states. A framework agreement is concluded with one (1) contractor for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend another three (3) times one (1) year. (estimated value for 3 years and 3 option years total).
