Invitation to bid for the procurement of ict supplies, semi-expendable ict equipment and semi-expendable technical and scientific equipment of penro, iloilo cenro guimbal, cenro barotac nuevo and cenro sara 2nd quarter of cy 2025 1. the denr-r6, penro iloilo, under fund 101 intends to apply the sum of nine hundred seventy one thousand nine hundred sixty five pesos php971,965.00 being the approved budget for the contract abc for payments under the contract for the procurement of ict supplies, se-ict equipment, se-technical and scientific equipment of penro, iloilo cenro guimbal, cenro barotac nuevo, iloilo and cenro sara with project identification no. 2025- 15 . 2. the denr-r6, penro iloilo, under fund 101 intends to apply the sum of nine hundred seventy one thousand nine hundred sixty five pesos php971,965.00 as presented in the table below; procurement abc ict supplies php30,530.00 semi-expendable ict equipemnt php800,435.00 semi-expendable technical & scientific equipment php141,000.00 total php971,965.00 3. bids received in excess of the abc per item for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 4. the denr-r6, penro iloilo now invites bids for the above procurement project. delivery of the goods is required within thirty 30 calendar days upon receipt of the notice to proceed. bidders should have completed, within three 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii instructions to bidders. 5. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations irr of republic act ra no. 9184. 6. bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent 60% interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to filipino citizens, pursuant to ra no. 5183. 7. prospective bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at penro iloilo with office address at old rotary park, brgy. concepcion-montes, parola area, iloilo city from 8:00am to 5:00pm, monday/s to friday/s. 8. a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on may 5, 2025 to may 26, 2025 from the given address and websites below upon payment of the applicable fee for the bidding documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the gppb, in the amount of php1,000.00. the procuring entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in person. 9. the denr-r6, penro iloilo will hold a pre-bid conference on may 13, 2025 at 2:00 pm at penro iloilo with office address at old rotary park, brgy. concepcion-montes, parola area, iloilo city which shall be open to all prospective bidders. 10. bids must be duly received by the bac secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below before 2:00pm of may 26, 2025. late bids shall not be accepted. 11. all bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in itb clause 14.2. 12. bid opening shall be on may 26, 2025 at 2:00pm at penro iloilo with office address at old rotary park, brgy. concepcion-montes, parola area, iloilo city. bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend the activity. 13. the denr-r6 penro iloilo reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised irr of ra no. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. for further information, please contact: aimeline b. gavilla - bac chairman @ cp no. 09158030971 evelyn c. maligad - bac secretariat @ cp no. 09090379918 or you may email your queries/clarifications at the following email address: evelyn.maligad@yahoo.com denr6_iloilo@yahoo.com may 2, 2025 . aimeline b. gavilla bac chair
