Tenders Are Invited for Title: Provision of Energy Services Using the Epc Method in Selected Properties Owned By the Pardubice Region - Package Xii.brief Description of the Subject: This is a Complex Public Procurement Involving the Preparation, Implementation, and Subsequent Long-term Monitoring and Evaluation of the Results of Implemented Energy-saving Measures (for at Least 10 Years), Whereby the Contractor with Whom the Contract Will Be Concluded Will Provide the Contracting Authority with Contractual Guarantees for Achieving the Contractually Stipulated Energy Savings and for Achieving the Expected Economic Benefits of the Project. the Contractor Will Propose Specific Energy-saving Measures and Include Them in the Epc Project, Which Will Then Be Implemented in the Facilities. Brief description of the subject:
This is a comprehensive public contract including the preparation, implementation and subsequent long-term monitoring and evaluation of the results of the implemented energy-saving measures (for a period of at least 10 years), while the contractor with whom the contract will be concluded will provide the contracting authority with contractual guarantees for achieving the contractually specified energy savings and for achieving the contractually specified energy savings and for achieving the expected economic benefits of the project. The contractor will design specific energy-saving measures himself and include them in the EPC project, which will subsequently be implemented in the buildings. Part of this project is the implementation of the so-called mandatory measures specified in the technical part of the ZD.
