1. New Object (Additive)
In the context of preserving and promoting the environment, the Mayor of the City of Douala, the Project Owner, is launching an Open National Call for Tenders for the development and maintenance of green spaces in the City of Douala.
2. Consistency of New (Additive) Benefits
The work includes the development and maintenance of the City of Douala's green spaces, in particular:
a)Lawn care;
b)Maintenance of hedges and flower beds;
c)Maintenance of shrubs, bushes and trees;
d)Cleanliness, waste removal and disposal;
and)Maintenance of paved areas;
f)Refreshing garden borders;
g)Planting work;
h)Watering green spaces between November and March;
i)All activities that will contribute to the high quality of services.
