The opening of bids will take place in a single session at the conference room of the NGOYLA Municipality on 26/09/2026 at 14 hours sharp by the Internal Procurement Commission of the Commune of NGOYLA, in the presence of the bidders or their duly mandated representatives who have a perfect knowledge of the bid for which they are responsible.
