Tenders are invited for "Extension of the air conditioning network at the Commune Office in Hyzne"1. The subject of the order is "Expansion of the air conditioning network in the Commune Office in Hyzne". 1) The planned project will consist in the construction of a MINI VRF air conditioning system in the part of the Commune Office building covering the second floor. 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. The Ordering Party allows for the extension of working hours (concerning works in the corridors), but no longer than 3 hours due to the work of cleaners. During working hours until 3:00 p.m., no onerous work should be carried out that would disturb the operation of the Office, the Bank or the Post Office, and the following construction works should be ensured internal wall walls in all office rooms on the 2nd floor, • delivery and installation of an outdoor unit on the buildings facade (applies to the 2nd floor), • replacement of existing indoor and outdoor units (applicable to the 2nd floor), • construction of a refrigeration installation including the connection system between the indoor and outdoor units of the air conditioning system, • installation of condensate drainage, • installation of flush-mounted air conditioning power switchgears on the 2nd floor, • construction of an electrical installation including supplying power to the air conditioning units and execution of control cabling between indoor and outdoor units, • commissioning and adjustment of the installation, • carrying out tests, examinations and checking the correct operation of the air conditioning system, • carrying out control measurements, including measurements of the insulation resistance of circuits, the effectiveness of anti-shock protection and the continuity of protective conductors, • provision of service services (cleaning, fungicide and disinfection of devices, checking the tightness of the system, replacement of consumables) by an entity authorized by the manufacturer of the installed system, for a period of 5 years from the date of final acceptance of the works, with a frequency of not less than two inspections each year, performed at intervals of approximately 6 months, • restoring walls, ceilings and other finishing elements to their original condition after completion of installation works. The detailed scope of works is specified in the design documentation attached to the SWZ.4) As part of the order, the Contractor will deliver, install and launch a central controller enabling the management of all units on the second floor, along with the necessary software and configuration. The controller should be installed in the office of the Commune Office. The controller must be able to operate the devices provided for in the design documentation covering the 3rd and 4th floors (except for air conditioners in the server room), which will be installed later.5) Requirements for devices and materials: 5.1. All devices and materials must be: • brand new, • free from defects, • meeting the parameters described in the design documentation, • approved for use in the EU, • compliant with applicable standards and regulations. 5.2. CE declarations of conformity, • catalog cards, • required certificates and approvals, • technical parameters in accordance with the design documentation. 5.3. All indoor and outdoor air-conditioning units, controllers and system components must be dismantled in a way that does not affect their technical condition.The devices should be properly protected against damage and stored in a place designated by the Ordering Party. 7) After completing the works, the Contractor will be obliged to: 7.1. starting the air conditioning system, 7.2. training designated employees of the Ordering Party in the use of the system, 7.3. providing as-built documentation, including in particular catalog cards, declarations of conformity, certificates, documents authorizing devices for use and operation and maintenance instructions,7.4. submitting test, examination and measurement protocols, 7.5. providing warranty cards and equipment operating instructions.8) The scope of works includes all costs related to the implementation of the task, including preparation and protection of the work site in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations, assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, implementation of the necessary security measures and tidying up the area after completion of the works. The Contractor is fully responsible for the management and disposal of waste generated during the implementation of the works in accordance with applicable regulations.9) Obtaining the conditions for increasing the connection capacity, making arrangements with the distribution system operator and increasing the connection capacity remains the responsibility of the Ordering Party. 2.
