Requirement :

The purpose of this Framework Agreement is the determination of the conditions of the service contracts for “Residential care with day care for adults with intellectual disabilities in the process of premature aging”, defined in the Technical Prescription Document (hereinafter PPT) in which the administrative needs to be satisfied through the Framework Agreement and the factors of all kinds to be taken into account are specified, as well as establishing the procedure for its provision, through contracts based on this agreement.
The places awarded in this Framework Agreement, once concluded under the contracts derived from it, will be integrated into the Public Network of Care Centers for adults with disabilities, dependent on the General Directorate with powers in matters of care for people with disabilities (hereinafter, the General Directorate), of the Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Affairs (hereinafter, the Ministry).
