Conflict Analysis Assessment in South Sudan.
This is a call for proposal from competent firms, or individual consultants for submission of bids for the Conflict Analysis Assessment South Sudan especially in Aweil East County, in Northern Bahr El Ghazal, Warrap State in Akon, Western Bahr El Ghazal State in Jur River County, Eastern Equatoria State in Torit and Juba in Central Equatoria State.
The General Objective:
To provide ZOA Dorcas with evidence based understanding of conflicts issues in selected program locations of the Organization to inform conflict sensitivity programming, minimize security risk, Identify opportunities, and potential entry areas relevant to ZOA Dorcas to contribute to Peace and Development.
This is an open invitation for competent firms and professional consultants to submit their proposals for the research for ZOA Dorcas so you are required to submit your financial proposal, and technical proposal which shall clearly show the professional fees and logistics. Consultancy service fees tax in South Sudan is charged 20% which you should factor in your financial proposal, but the logistics cost are tax free.
Please be guided by the Annex Requirements in the Terms of Reference for preparation of your Request For Proposal, and the ZOA Dorcas Supplier Code of Conduct attached hereto as Annex II in preparing your proposal.
