Acquisition of Laboratory Equipment for DNA Extraction and Bone Preparation Thermo Mixer and Benchtop Vertical Laminar Flow Cabinet
REQUEST FOR QUOTATION RFQ No. 2026-09-042 The National Bureau of Investigation NBI, through its Procurement Management Section PMS, in accordance with Special Bids and Awards Committee SBAC Resolution No. 2026-001, invites interested suppliers to submit quotations for the procurement of: I. Project Title: Acquisition of Laboratory Equipment for DNA Extraction and Bone Preparation Thermo Mixer and Benchtop Vertical Laminar Flow Cabinet II Approved Budget for the Contract ABC: ?943,287.50 II. Funding Source: GAA 2026 Procurement shall be conducted through Small Value Procurement pursuant to Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. Documentary Requirements Interested bidders shall submit the following: 1. PhilGEPS Registration Number; 2. Latest Income/Business Tax Return with proof of payment; 3. Current Mayor’s/Business Permit or equivalent document; 4. Original Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement Annex “A”, with attached photocopy of valid identification cards; 5.
