Tenders are invited for Trailer parts according to specification for :The object of the contract is the execution of works and the equipping of the objective the break that matters - respite center for people with disabilities gro?i, located in gro?i commune, gro?i village, dumbravei street no. 131a, maramure? county, cf/cadastral no. 55984, according to the technical project p.th.+d.e. no. 77/2026 and the building permit no. 38/24.07.2026. the investment is financed through the inclusion and social dignity program 2021–2027, call pids/550/pids_p7/op4, based on the financing contract no. 1532/27.01.2026, smis code 340971. the works aim to create a new building p+2e with the function of a respite center for adults with disabilities, including infrastructure, superstructure, envelope, finishes, installations, equipment, furnishings, outdoor arrangements, connections, and branches provided in the technical project. the designed building has a built area of 282.03 sqm, a developed area of 675.01 sqm, and a usable area of 453.26 sqm. the center has a licensed capacity of 9 places and includes accommodation and care spaces, common and treatment spaces, counseling office, sanitary groups, spaces for staff, and accessible circulation. the architectural and installation solutions aim to achieve the nzeb level and include insulated envelope, high-performance joinery, heating, cooling, and hot water preparation with a heat pump, ventilation, and a photovoltaic system of 30 panels, according to the written and drawn parts of the technical project. the contract includes site organization, tests, commissioning, training of the beneficiarys staff, as-built documentation, and reception documents. the estimated value is 1,780,165.30 lei excluding vat. the maximum execution duration is 12 months from the start order; bidders can propose a duration between 8 and 12 months, according to the procurement documents. the estimated value of the contract is 1,780,165.30 lei excluding vat, structured as follows: expenses for ensuring the necessary utilities for the objective - 29,602.18 lei; constructions and installations - 1,433,082.46 lei; machinery and technological and functional equipment requiring installation - 217,191.93 lei; furnishings - 100,288.73 lei. total: 1,780,165.30 lei excluding vat. an offer with a price higher than the estimated value is analyzed exclusively under the conditions of applicable legislation and the availability of funds. attention: the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 6th day before the deadline for submitting offers, if the requests were sent by the 12th day before this date.
