Bidder must be at least 14 years onwards in business to ensure that it is stable and capable of consistently supplying and delivering quality services for the next 10 years. The bidder must provide valid and ISO certification minimum of three 3 as evidence of established quality and warranty support of the unit. The Bidder or its affiliates shall maintain an operational sales office/showroom, adequate spare parts inventory/facility, and an authorized service center within Central Luzon and within Camarines Sur, specifically authorized for the brand being offered. These facilities shall be capable of providing prompt technical assistance, emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, and readily available spare parts to ensure continuous equipment operation and minimize downtime. Manufacturer’s Authorization Certificate Two 2 Electrician and Two 2 Mechanics to conduct after-sales service. The manufacturer of the offered equipment shall be ISO-certified to ensure compliance with internationally recognized quality management standards and consistent manufacturing quality. Bidder must have a training course for the operator and maintenance mechanic. Three 3 consecutive Preventive Maintenance Services PMS, inclusive of engine oil, oil filters, fuel filters, air filters, and standard PMS service labor, shall be provided by the supplier.
