Tenders are invited for Trailer parts according to specification for :The contracting authority acquires design and execution services for the objective modernization and thermal rehabilitation of agigea c.f.p.p.n. headquarters, according to the provisions of the specifications and its annexes. the financing will be made from funds allocated under the prse/2.2/1/2023 project call, cod smis 332489. by achieving the investment objective, optimal training conditions will be created for the workers of the romanian border police and, moreover, the expenses for maintenance/utilities will be reduced - by making the heating installations more efficient. the implementation of the project will lead to a decrease in thermal consumption and, implicitly, in energy costs. specific objective: a ensuring the appropriate conditions for carrying out activities in the headquarters of c.f.p.p.n. agigea of ??pfr workers. according to the technical solution proposed in dali; the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers, to the extent that these requests were submitted within the deadline mentioned in section i, i.e. 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers. clarification requests related to the award documentation will be sent only through sicap https://sicapprod.elicitatie.ro, by accessing the section dedicated to questions from the details of the ongoing award procedure. to view the award documentation uploaded in sicap, economic operators must have a program necessary to view electronically signed files. in order to comply with the principle of equal treatment, the interested economic operators will comply with the provisions of the anap notification no. 247/2016 regarding the method of transmission of requests for clarifications and additional information to the award documents/answers formulated in the case of conducting procedures for awarding public procurement contracts through electronic means online, in the sense that the documents attached to the questions section will not contain identification data of them, as they will become public at the time of the transmission of the answer by the contracting authority!
