Tenders are invited for Purchase and rental of laptops and monitors under a framework agreement (mini-competitions) The purpose of the public procurement is to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase and/or rental of desktop computers and/or monitors along with software licenses, accessories, and components. The public procurement is organized as a mandatory central procurement based on the order no. 119 of the Government of the Republic dated 14.04.2022. The framework agreement to be concluded will apply to all state authorities mentioned in the order and to joint procurers who have joined the procurement based on a power of attorney. The estimated value is set with a certain margin to accommodate potential future needs within the estimated value of the framework agreement. According to the practice of the European Court, the framework agreement must be considered concluded when the specified upper limit of the estimated value has been reached. / Grounds for exclusion and qualification conditions: See the procurement base documents Estimated value excluding VAT: 30,000,000.00 EUR
