Request for expression of interest Consulting Services to Provide Detailed Engineering Design and
Construction Supervision for the Modern Fish Processing Factory in Buchanan, Grand Bassa
County
The consulting services (“the Services”) include the provision of comprehensive professional
services for the detailed engineering design, preparation of bidding documents, procurement
support, construction supervision, contract administration, and defects liability supervision for
the construction of a Modern Fish Processing Factory in Buchanan, Grand Bassa County. The
assignment is expected to be completed in a period of thirty-six (36) months after the signing of
the Contract.
