The tender is for the provision of training courses for the Hospital de La Florida. The courses include training in various areas such as hospital cleaning, perinatal grief management, obstetric emergencies, intelligent data management in the public sector, psychiatric emergency patient management, grief management, hemodialysis patient management, legal framework of digital transformation law, and Power BI. Each course is designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals in their respective fields. These bidding rules are formulated to establish the regulation of the Public Bidding process “TRAINING COURSES II FOR THE FLORIDA HOSPITAL” and regulate, among other aspects, the conditions that the offers must meet, the stages of the bidding process, its form of evaluation and award, the conditions of the contract and all the necessary aspects for the correct acquisition process.
It should be noted that the service associated with this acquisition must comply with the specifications of these bases.
The supplier may not offer a service other than that established in these bidding rules or complements or extras not contemplated in the technical requirements. Any extra not required will not be considered in the evaluation.
However, without prejudice to the above, any extra offered, not required by the Hospital, and that cannot be technically or economically separated from the service to be acquired, will be understood to not comply with what was requested and will give cause for the offer to be declared inadmissible.
Nor may the supplier present two alternative services in the same offer, unless it does so separately in main and alternative offers, all in accordance with the rules, otherwise, the offer will be declared inadmissible.
Likewise, if in a process simultaneous offers are presented regarding the same service or item tendered by companies belonging to the same business group or related to each other, as provided in article 9 of the Purchasing Law, the Hospital will consider, for the purposes of evaluating the public tender or item offered, only the most convenient offer from the respective suppliers of the same business group or related to each other, according to the evaluation criteria established in the bases. 09-04-2026 15:01:00 09-14-2026 15:00:00
