Expression of interest for Development of the Somalia Financial Sector Development Roadmap (fsdr) for the Central Bank of Somalia (cbs)
the Principal Objectives of Fsdp Are to Strengthen Somali Financial Institutions to Increase Financial Resilience, Financial Inclusion, and Private Sector Investments in Financial Services, Aligning Them with Global Standards and Facilitating Connections with Global Networks. the Services Included Under This Project Are to Provide Technical Advisory Services to the Central Bank of Somalia (cbs) to Develop a Five-year Financial Sector Development Roadmap (fsdr) Aligned with Cbs Strategy 2029. the Assignment Will Include Conducting a Diagnostic Review of the Financial Sector Based Primarily on Existing Assessments and Documentation; Developing a Strategic Framework with Prioritized and Sequenced Reforms; Preparing An Implementation and Monitoring Framework; Identifying Cbs-led Reforms and Reforms Requiring Coordination with Other Public Institutions; Facilitating Stakeholder Consultations and Validation Workshops; and Delivering a Practical, Actionable Roadmap to Guide Cbss Regulatory, Supervisory, and Developmental Reform Agenda and Its Coordination with Key Stakeholders. the Assignment is Expected to Be Completed Within Six (6) Months From the Date of Contract Signature.
