the Government of the Republic of Chad Has Received Funding From the African Development Bank (afdb) and the European Union (eu) to Finance the Project for the Interconnection of the Electrical Networks of Cameroon and Chad (pirect), and Intends to Use Part of This Grant to Make Payments Under the Contract for the Design, Supply, Construction, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of the 225 Kv Overhead Lines Between the Cameroon/chad Border Point Located Near Kousséri, Gassi, and Guélendeng, as Well as the 225 Kv Substation in Guélendeng, in Two Lots.
