Tenders are invited for The provision of digitized ecological islands in the city of Cisnadie. Brief description of the acquisition: "Provision of digitized ecological islands in the City of Cisnadie," including transport, unloading, handling, assembly, positioning, installation, anchoring, setup, commissioning, testing, training, warranty, maintenance, and digital services. The contract aims to provide, install, and operationalize 23 digitized above-ground ecological islands, composed of a variable number of modules for each location, within a total quantity of 92 modules, according to the annexes of the specifications. Each eco-island will include, as applicable, protective modules/cases, mobile containers, mechanical input systems, closure and anchoring systems, smart poles, lighting, autonomous photovoltaic systems, surveillance cameras, filling sensors, electronic and communication equipment, access cards, firmware, mobile application, and software platform. The contractor will fully carry out all operations necessary for handing over the system in working condition: transport, insurance, unloading, handling, assembly, positioning, drilling, anchoring, fixing, installation, cabling, setup, programming of cards, commissioning, testing, training, and handing over documentation. NOTE: Economic operators may request clarifications up to 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers, with the contracting authority responding clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers. Estimated value excluding VAT: 1,363,636.36 RON.
