Tenders Are Invited for Purchase of Spare Parts for Work Vehicles / Machines 2026/1631780
4.3. The Unit Price Bid Schedule included in the document must be submitted stamped and signed by the authorized signatory.
4.4. Bidders shall provide a provisional guarantee of not less than 3% of the total budget for each part. Bids from bidders providing a provisional guarantee of less than 3% of the total budget for each part will be excluded from evaluation.
4.4.1. If the provisional guarantee is in Turkish Lira (TL) cash, the receipt must include the name of the project or tender registration number, as well as the company's title, tax number, or Turkish Identity Number. The recipient name section should read "ISTAÇ Istanbul Çevre Yönetimi San. ve Tic. A.S."
The guarantee amount must be deposited from the bidder's account. The guarantee amount must be deposited into ISTAÇ A.S.'s VAKIFBANK VALIDESULTAN BRANCH account number TR730001500158007292316717 before the tender date and time, and the receipt must be submitted inside the tender envelope.
4.4.2. If the provisional guarantee is in the form of a letter of guarantee, the validity period of the letter of guarantee is at least 12/01/2027.
