Establishment of Regional Center at Talisay City, Brgy. Matab-ang, Talisay City, Negros Occidental / PEO-2026-1104
Invitation to Bid The Provincial Government of Negros Occidental through its Bids and Awards Committee [BAC] invites interested contractors with valid PCAB license and registration of at least “Medium B” category to submit sealed bids, for the following project: Name of Project : Establishment of Regional Center at Talisay City Location : Brgy. Matab-ang, Talisay City, Negros Occidental Scope of Work : General Requirements, Earthworks, Surface Course, Water Supply System, Drainage System & Fencing with Retaining Wall Contract ABC : Php 300,000,000.00 Source of Funds : General Fund – Capital Outlay 2026 SB1 Project Duration : 720 Calendar Days Bidders should have completed, within ten 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least one 1 contract similar to the Project, and must be at least fifty percent 50% of the Approved Budget for the Contract ABC to be bid. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. Prospective bidders shall log-in/order the Invitation To Bid for the contract to be bid from PhilGEPS. Bidders shall likewise submit Letter of Expression and must present their original PCAB License. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations IRR of Republic Act RA 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”. Prospective bidders must carefully read the “Instruction to Bidders” and comply the requirements stated therein. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Php 50,000.00.
