Tenders are invited for Design, execution of works and technical assistance from the designer for the investment objective: arrangement of a research center for advanced cell therapy production (nextgen) repurposing of the existing building body c3 fundeni clinical institute The contract aims to design (DTAC phase, DTOE, PT+DDE), execute construction/arrangement works, and provide technical assistance from the designer during the execution period, for [name of the objective], including the supply, installation, commissioning, and testing of the necessary medical equipment for the operation of the facility according to the technical requirements in Annex 5 - Equipment, namely: cryogenic storage equipment (cryogenic tank, external LN2 container with distribution system), safety and monitoring systems of the enclosure (assisted ventilation, fire extinguishing, temperature/humidity monitoring, video surveillance), processing and quality control equipment for cell therapy products (cell processing system, centrifuges, laminar flow hood, incubator, -30°C/-80°C freezers, refrigerator, chemical niche), as well as microbiological testing and control equipment (bacteria/fungi detection system, PCR thermocycler, toxin meter). Estimated value: 51,408,205.94 lei excluding VAT, composed of: i. Chapter 3 – 1,350,000 lei excluding VAT Subchapter 3.5.6. – 700,000 lei excluding VAT Subchapter 3.8.1.1. – 500,000 lei excluding VAT Subchapter 3.8.1.2. – 150,000 lei excluding VAT ii.
