Requirement :

Develop chapters on National Circumstances, information on support in the form of financing, technology development and transfer, and capacity building required and received, as well as other relevant information to achieve the objectives of the Convention. Harmonize sections related to National Circumstances and Institutional Arrangements of the various chapters of the First Biennial Transparency Report, in accordance with the Guidelines for the preparation of National Communications and the MPG of the Enhanced Transparency Framework (ETF) of the Paris Agreement.
