Tenders are invited for Design and execution of works: transregional road feleac tr 35 - stage i metropolitan belt tr 35 and connecting roads - phase i metropolitan belt tr 35 and connecting roads, lot iv
DESIGN AND EXECUTION OF WORKS: "TransRegio Road Feleac TR 35 – Stage I Metropolitan Belt TR 35 and Connecting Roads – Phase I Metropolitan Belt TR 35 and Connecting Roads, Lot IV: the TR35 road between km 24+365 and km 28+600, including Node 10-(Calea Turzii), Node 11 (Mihai Românul), Node 12- (Macie?ului), Node 13 (Pediatric Hospital), including the connecting road DL B5- detour Calea Turzii, the parking space at km 25+720 and the Maintenance and Coordination Center at km 24+500" according to the attached technical documentation;
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, the authority establishes that any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the Award Documentation - 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers, to which a response will be provided 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
