Tenders are invited for Trailer parts according to specification for :The purchase involves the execution of efficiency works of the 2nd block of flats, respectively bl. 13 str. ovid densu?ianu and bl. 13 dhi, str. tudor vladimirescu, blocks of flats with a p+6e height regime and includes, but is not limited to, the following activities according to the detailed specifications in the technical project: - thermal rehabilitation works of the envelope elements thermal insulation of the glazed part of the facade, thermal insulation of the opaque part of the facade, thermal insulation of the floor, other works according to the technical project - the improvement/modernization of the technical systems of of the building natural ventilation solutions; rehabilitation/modernization of the lighting installation in the common spaces of the apartment block - purchase and installation of alternative energy production systems system with electric solar panels for the production of electricity - other interventions related to related measures according to the technical project and specifications such as: • creation of facilities/adaptation of the infrastructure for people with disabilities mobile elevator. • repair of protective sidewalks, in order to eliminate infiltrations to the infrastructure of the housing block. • dismantling the roof truss and returning to the terrace; repair of the terrace type roof, including the system for collecting and draining meteoric waters at the level of the terrace. dismantling the installations and equipment apparently mounted on the facades/terrace of the apartment block, as well as their installation/reassembly after the intervention works. • rehabilitation/modernization of elevators by replacing the electric drive mechanisms of passenger elevators, as well as rehabilitation/modernization of mechanical components, cabin/access doors, traction system, control boxes, winches, as appropriate, as provided in the specialized technical report. • replacement of lightning arrester installation. • works regarding the realization of safety lighting according to the provisions of the norm 17-2011 security lighting for evacuation. • natural gas installation works in accordance with the provisions of art. 161 para. 1 of law 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline until which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers. in accordance with the provisions of art. 161 para. 2 from law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the contracting authority establishes that the deadline in which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information is the 7th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
