Tenders are invited for Regular and periodic cleaning services of premises and surroundings, concierge services, maintenance of green spaces, and snow removal, at the site of the European School Luxembourg 2. The contract aims to execute, on the site of the European School Luxembourg 2, regular and periodic cleaning services, concierge services, snow removal and salting, maintenance of green spaces as well as associated services. The site covers approximately 14 hectares and includes five buildings representing approximately 50,000 m² of built surfaces and 9,200 m² of exterior glazing. Estimated value excluding VAT: 6,000,000 EUR.
