Invitation to bid for Procurement for Provision of Gym Services to Fund Staff using the Pay as you Go Model for a
period of 3 years (Health and Fitness Tech Services)-NSSF/NCONS/2026-2027/00002
1. The National Social Security Fund has allocated funds to be used for the Provision of Gym Services to Fund Staff using
the Pay as you Go Model for a period of 3 years -(Health and Fitness Tech Services).
2. The Entity invites your sealed bids for the provision of the above non-consultancy services.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and
Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.
4.Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at
8(a) from 08:00am- 05:00pm.
5. The Bidding documents may be obtained by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address
below at 8(b) and upon sending an email request to procurement@nssfug.org.
6.Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 18th September 2026 at 11:00am. All bids must be
accompanied by a bid securing declaration valid until 30th March 2027. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the
presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 18th September 2026 at
11:30am.
